He strives to create a seamless experience for patients whether it be onboarding patients for their initial intakes or scheduling routine follow ups and communicating messages from patients to providers.

MJ Arroyo an administrative asssitant for both offices. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Lesley University. With experience in customer service and working with children facing behavioral challenges, she is passionate about providing support to patients. MJ is eager to assist patients through various communication channels, including phone, portal messages, and email.
